The role will act as a trusted advisor across key business priorities, leading cross-functional programmes, supporting board and investor engagement, and ensuring delivery against strategic objectives during a period of significant growth and change. ABOUT YOU 15+ years' experience within strategy, management consulting, business operations, or executive leadership roles. Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale transformation and change programmes. Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to assess business performance. Experience working closely with Boards, investors, and C-suite stakeholders.
