Salt are very excited to be working with a mission-driven BCorp building tech solutions that help people going through relationship separation, avoiding the emotional and financial stress that exists through traditional legal approaches. The company is growing rapidly, tripling their headcount over the past 18 months, whilst delivering an innovative, tech-enabled, digital experience to divorce, separation and co-parenting, helping thousands of couples across the UK at a time of vulnerability.
Having successfully launched their web and app experience across the UK, they are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work alongside their Commercial Director to launch a set of brand new business lines for the company, cementing them as the go-to provider for all legal counsel across habitual agreements, pre-nuptials and financial planning. You'll be working in a fast-paced start-up business, creating and launching this new proposition from 0-1 and driving customer experience and commercial performance, end to end.
This is the perfect product role for a Senior Product Manager keen to make a difference through the products they ship, who is passionate about working for a collaborative team that places a high value on culture and employee satisfaction.
Here are a few things they would love to see on your CV:
- Experience shipping consumer-facing web and mobile products from 0-1.
- Start-up/scale-up experience is essential. They are admittedly scrappy and lacking structural process in product (you can help with this!).
- Experience launching products end to end, from execution through to strategy and commercial performance.
- You're outcome-focused, data-driven and customer obsessed.
The position is hybrid, with two days per week required in their central London office. You'll interview with their Commercial Director, team members across design and engineering and will meet with one of their co-founders as the final stage in the process.
Product Managers are always keen to work and solve real-life problems that have a positive impact on the customers they're building for and this role provides the perfect foundation to use technology to do just this. If you're an experienced Senior Product Manager with experience shaping 0-1 consumer products in a start-up or scale-up and this sounds up your street, please apply today to discuss the position further.
