Salt are partnering with a leading integrated agency and are looking for a Freelance Campaign Manager to join on a contract basis, supporting a high‑profile programme of above‑the‑line performance campaigns for a major professional services brand.
Location: London (hybrid)
Day Rate: £300–£350 per day + agency fee
Freelance / Contract, ASAP Start date
The position is firmly centred on paid media and upper‑funnel performance activity (less CRM based) with a strong emphasis on reach, engagement and measurable brand outcomes.
- Lead the delivery of multichannel ATL campaigns across video, display, audio and paid social (awareness-focused)
- Coordinate with internal teams across media, creative and strategy, as well as external partners
- Manage timelines, workflows and asset delivery to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
- Track and report on key performance metrics including reach, frequency and engagement
- Run campaign status updates and manage stakeholder communications
- Support in-flight optimisation in partnership with media teams
Experience working on performance‑driven brand campaigns (not CRM-led)
Comfortable working with data and reporting on campaign performance
