Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and excited by the idea of delivering impactful email campaigns? We’re looking for an Email Campaign Executive to join our team, supporting our non-mainstream brands across the group. This role is admin-heavy and perfect for someone who enjoys managing processes, coordinating with creative teams, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing:
- Write clear and concise campaign briefs for creative teams
- Assign canvas building tasks within Braze
- Build and schedule email campaigns in Braze
- Perform QA checks to ensure flawless delivery
- Support campaign reporting with light analysis
- Work cross-functionally to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience using Braze (essential)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to brief and liaise with creative teams
- Previous experience in campaign management, email marketing, or CRM (advantageous but not required)
This role is paying between £150-200 a day for the right candidate and is INSIDE IR35. Rates depend on experience and client requirements.
