SALT is supporting a high‑growth digital marketplace business as they look to engage an experienced CRO Front End Developer on a contract basis.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This role focuses on driving conversion rate improvements across the customer journey, with a specific emphasis on increasing the volume of quotations generated. The contractor will lead front‑end experimentation, delivering frequent micro‑optimisations through structured testing programmes. You’ll work closely with product and growth stakeholders to design, implement and iterate on experiments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver front‑end CRO initiatives focused on increasing quotation volume
- Build, implement and iterate on A/B and multivariate experiments
