About the Company Our client is a creative brand agency specialising in branding and packaging.
They combine strategic thinking with creative delivery and have built a collaborative, ideas-led culture centred around long-term client partnerships and brand growth.
The Role This is an opportunity to become the most senior member of a three-person Client Services team, taking ownership of key client relationships while helping drive agency growth.
You'll lead branding and packaging projects from brief through to delivery and play a key role in developing existing accounts and supporting new business activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop client relationships.
- Act as the key interface between clients and the agency.
- Lead branding and packaging projects from brief to delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief and to a high standard.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships.
- Contribute to new business initiatives and pitch activity.
- Support forecasting and growth planning.
- Help shape strategic thinking and client-facing content.
- Progress towards becoming a trusted advisor to clients. About You
- Minimum three years' experience in a senior account handling role within a brand packaging design agency.
- Strong FMCG packaging experience.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering creative projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and complex organisations.
