The Role:

  • Take ownership of the UK HR function, managing a broad remit spanning HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and strategic people initiatives.
  • Drive key people projects across areas such as performance management, objective setting, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and internal communication.
  • Partner with senior leaders and managers to support organisational change, embed best practice, and improve leadership capability across the business.
  • Own employee relations matters, onboarding, HR administration, policy implementation, and maintenance of HR systems and employee records.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping create a more effective, engaged, and high-performing organisation while supporting future growth.

The Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a broad HR Manager, People Manager, or HR Business Partner role within a growing or evolving business environment.
  • Strong generalist HR capability, with experience balancing both strategic people initiatives and operational HR responsibilities.
  • Experience supporting organisational change, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement programmes.
  • Solid employee relations experience, with the ability to implement processes, frameworks, and scalable ways of working.
  • Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and coaching managers to improve people leadership capability.
  • Experience within technology, SaaS, engineering, professional services, or other fast-paced commercial environments would be advantageous.
