I am working with a global software platform who are looking for an Associate Creative Director to lead creative initiatives within its Studio EMEA team, specifically focused on the Student and Education product segment. This role is integral to crafting world-class creative work that aligns with the brand and engages audiences. The position requires collaboration with global and regional marketing teams to develop scalable and impactful creative solutions across various campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency and meeting business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to clarify objectives and deliver effective designs.
- Oversee the design and delivery of marketing campaigns within schedule, budget, and resources.
- Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external agencies, ensuring quality and timely project delivery.
- Identify and implement improvements to creative processes to drive operational excellence.
- 5+ years of experience in the creative and marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of the education system and student audiences, particularly in the UK and US (knowledge of German/French is a plus).
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
- Expertise in creative design across campaigns and full funnel executions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
