We are currently looking for 6 experienced Android Engineers to join a high-profile mobile engineering team working on applications used by millions of customers globally.
You will work as part of a small, collaborative team alongside Engineers, QA, Product Owners and Designers, developing and improving mobile applications while working with modern Android technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain high-quality Android applications
- Build and deliver new mobile features
- Work closely with Product, Design, QA and Engineering teams
- Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues
- Contribute to performance optimisation and improving application quality
- Work with existing and Legacy codebases where required
- Write unit and integration tests
- Design solutions to open-ended technical problems
- Work effectively within a globally distributed engineering environment

- Strong commercial experience developing Android applications
- Strong Kotlin experience
- Experience with modern Android development
- Jetpack Compose
- MVI architecture
- Kotlin Coroutines and Flow
- REST APIs and OkHttp
- Gradle
- GitHub Actions and/or CircleCI
- CI/CD practices
- JUnit and Espresso
- Unit and integration testing
- Experience debugging and optimising mobile applications
- Comfortable working with Legacy code
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
