Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Client: A leading global entertainment company renowned for its innovative approach to digital media and advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reporting for the book of business and adjust based on market needs.
- Collaborate with clients on campaign optimization and ensure delivery performance of ad campaigns.
- Work with the EMEA account management team and Account Executive to address campaign goals and execution.
- Oversee coordination of account management during peak seasonal periods.
- Partner with media agencies to ensure the smooth execution of ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Ad Ops team for technical troubleshooting and escalation.
- Contribute to the monthly billing and invoicing processes with clients and finance teams.
- Work with aligned Agency Sales Partners to understand client objectives and ensure campaign alignment.
- Help create custom creative assets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide clients with detailed performance reports, including post-campaign wrap-ups.
- Build media plans and contribute to RFP responses regarding campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the client's ad products, sponsorship offerings, and targeting capabilities.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in Account Management within digital media, specifically video advertising.
- Must be a German Speaker.
- Experience with Sales Operations systems such as CRM, OMS, and Ad Servers.
- Knowledge of digital media sales, including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising.
- Familiarity with Advertising Measurement Solutions (e.g., Nielsen, ComScore, Kantar) and Verification vendors (e.g., Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify).
- Fluency in English.
- Background in tech or entertainment is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to make data easy to understand for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with media planning and digital advertising strategies.
