Our client is seeking an Account Manager (Ads) who will be an exceptional addition to their growing Ads team. The Account Manager contract role will be responsible for leading the pre-to-post sale campaign execution workflow as a strategic partner to Sales Partner(s) and Account Managers. Our Account managers will partner with clients and sales on RFP responses, media plan generation, campaign execution, and monitoring delivery performance to ensure flawless execution and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the delivery performance of Ad Campaigns and partnering with clients on necessary campaign optimization tactics
  • Work closely with Campaign Management representative in order to make sure campaign is set up for success
  • Work on reporting for current book of business
  • Work with Ad Ops team for escalation and technical troubleshooting (if necessary)
  • Provide clients with necessary campaign performance including post-campaign wrap reports
  • Navigate campaign escalations and prevent recurring issues
  • Partner with aligned Agency Sales Partners and/or AM to understand client goals and objectives in order to deliver excellent customer service
  • Build Media Plans and contribute to RFP responses around campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on the production of custom creative assets
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our ad products, sponsorship offerings, targeting capabilities and ad policies
  • Contribute to monthly billing & invoicing process with clients and finance
  • Establish good working relationships with client and agency partners
  • Cover the Account management team during peak seasonal period

We’re Looking for:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, coordination and/or Sales Planning functions in the digital media industry, with a focus on video advertising
  • Fluency in English and local supported market language is required
  • Experience working in Sales Operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers)
  • Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed and PMP advertising
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with the ability to make data digestible for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Advertising Measurement Solution (Nielsen, ComScore, Kantar etc.) and Verification vendors like Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, etc.
