A fast-growing Communications SaaS company with millions of global users is expanding its Enterprise & Mid-Market sales team. We are looking for a talented and experienced Account Executive to help accelerate revenue and contribute to long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research organizations and individuals (especially via social media) to identify new leads and opportunities
  • Generate new business through proactive prospecting, both independently and with SDR support
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and align solutions with measurable outcomes
  • Initiate contact with prospects via email and phone to build relationships and schedule meetings
  • Create tailored proposals and pricing
  • Negotiate deals via phone, email, and in person
  • Support and help execute new marketing initiatives
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Who You Are

  • Comfortable being customer-facing and solving real business problems
  • Proven track record in competitive B2B sales environments
  • Capable of sourcing your own leads as well as collaborating with SDRs
  • Skilled in consultative selling, value-based selling, and storytelling
  • Active listener who can challenge and inspire decision-makers
  • Experience selling into enterprise HR or L&D teams is a strong advantage

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS or tech sales role
  • Enterprise outbound sales experience, including C-level
  • Experience selling to US-based clients
  • Skilled in a range of sales techniques including cold outreach
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or LeadIQ
  • Native English speaker
  • Strong analytical ability with data/spreadsheet literacy
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with visual communication tools a strong plus
