We are seeking a driven and results-oriented recruiter with proven experience in academic staff recruitment within UK higher education. Whether operating in-house or through an agency, you will lead end-to-end hiring for academic roles across universities and colleges, including senior education professionals. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering large-scale recruitment campaigns, managing academic open days and assessment centres, and consistently achieving recruitment KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for academic staff and senior education roles across higher education institutions.
- Lead high-volume and campaign-based recruitment initiatives, including open days and academic hiring events.
- Build strong partnerships with academic departments, HR, and leadership teams to understand hiring needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top academic talent.
- Monitor and meet performance metrics and KPIs while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Stay up to date with sector trends and relevant UK compliance and employment practices in HE recruitment.
