Whether operating in-house or through an agency, you will lead end-to-end hiring for academic roles across universities and colleges, including senior education professionals. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering large-scale recruitment campaigns, managing academic open days and assessment centres, and consistently achieving recruitment KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for academic staff and senior education roles across higher education institutions.
