NEW ROLES - PROJECT MANAGERS - PART/FULL TIME - ASAP START

My client is a luxury brand who has the requirement for 2 Project Managers to join their busy residential development team. The contracts will be rolling, expected for a couple of months probably! You must be available to start ASAP.

  • Part-time PM (3 days a week min) to cover smaller projects
  • Manage day-to-day coordination for smaller-scale projects
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
  • Liaise with property teams and internal stakeholders to gather input and approvals
  • Support roll-out of new brand assets and touchpoints during launch phases
  • Full time PM
  • Covering Studio Admin + Support on larger projects
  • Support PM in managing CGI and Floor Plan deliverables across all large projects
  • Resource Coordination across all projects
  • Schedule and assign design resources across projects
  • Proactively reach out to freelance graphic designers or art directors as needed
  • Weekly overview of Studio resourcing and availability
  • New Project Onboarding (Upcoming Projects)
  • Confirm Studio proposals and delivery timelines
  • Schedule and facilitate internal kick-off meetings

Requirements

  • Experience in Residential + Hotel Development – luxury a bonus
  • Experience in Print, CGI, Floorplan development
  • Experience in using PM software – Monday.com
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Suite
  • Resource management
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Experience in shoot production – pre + post

Day Rates Dependant on Experience – approx. Β£300 – 375 p/d

Outside IR35

Must be UK based and able to attend the London office 2-3 times a week

Candidates with luxury brand experience preferable.
