Construction Lecturer Join Salt Training Are you an experienced Lecturer looking to inspire the next generation? Or are you an experienced construction professional ready to move into teaching and share your industry expertise? Salt Training is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Construction Lecturer to join our team and deliver high-quality training that helps learners achieve industry-recognised qualifications and progress into employment. The Role You will: * Deliver engaging theory and practical sessions in Construction up to Level 3 for learners aged 16+, apprentices and adult learners. * Share your industry knowledge and practical experience to develop learners skills, confidence and employability. * Support learners to achieve their qualifications through high-quality teaching, learning and assessment. * Contribute to curriculum development while maintaining high standards of teaching, learner engagement and achievement.
