Salt Training is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Construction Lecturer to join our team and deliver high-quality training that helps learners achieve industry-recognised qualifications and progress into employment.
The Role
You will
- Deliver engaging theory and practical sessions in Construction up to Level 3 for learners aged 16+, apprentices and adult learners.
- Share your industry knowledge and practical experience to develop learners' skills, confidence and employability.
- Support learners to achieve their qualifications through high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
- Contribute to curriculum development while maintaining high standards of teaching, learner engagement and achievement.
- What We Are Looking For
- A minimum Level 2 qualification in a construction trade, such as Bricklaying, Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering, Plumbing or Electrical.
- Significant industry experience with a passion for teaching, training or assessing others.
- Experience delivering Construction or NOCN qualifications (preferred).
- A recognised teaching qualification (DET, DTLLS or QTLS) or a willingness to work towards one.
- An Assessor qualification (desirable).
- A commitment to inclusive, high-quality education and supporting learners to succeed.
