Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Herne Bay. As the Head of Apprenticeships, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of apprenticeship programs. Key duties include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with employers
- Ensuring compliance with apprenticeship standards
- Meeting recruitment targets
