Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude, ensuring they have a great experience from the moment they enter the restaurant.
• Order Handling: Take orders at the till, process payments, and ensure all cash handling is accurate and secure.
• Milkshake Preparation: Prepare and serve our signature milkshakes according to customer preferences.
• Order Dispatch: Occasionally assist in dispatching orders from the kitchen, ensuring they are correct and delivered to customers promptly.
• Cleaning Duties: Maintain cleanliness in the front of the shop, including regular cleaning of the bathroom and facilities areas.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers during their visit, including checking in on how they are enjoying their food and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

20 HOUR ONLY usually 5pm -10pm

• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, especially in order handling and cash transactions
• Willingness to perform cleaning duties regularly
• Flexibility to assist in various roles as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
