Our systems are used in sectors including naval, oil, cruise ships, and more. We’re committed to designing reliable, high-quality RO and water filtration solutions that meet the unique demands of each industry and customer we serve. Join us on the path to simplifying access to water solutions for a broad and varied client base! Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing, planning, and coordinating the manufacturing and testing of both new and refurbished plant and equipment, ensuring smooth project progression from inception through to despatch and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of new plant and equipment projects, from manufacturing and testing to despatch and invoicing.
  • Carry out system design calculations and produce engineering datasheets.
  • Review manufacturing drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Prepare parts lists, work orders, and risk assessments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Use company systems and software to track, report, and manage project progress through the full lifecycle.
  • Prepare and write comprehensive Operation & Maintenance Manuals and all other necessary contractual documentation.
  • Support procurement, expedite processes, and liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure project success.
  • Promote and maintain a strong company culture aligned with our core values.
  • Perform other tasks as requested to meet the needs of the business.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • 3-4 years of experience in an engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project management, including budget management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, while also being self-motivated and proactive.
  • Strong customer service focus, with a commercial awareness.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze and report project progress effectively.
  • A proactive approach to self-development and continual improvement.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Engineering qualifications (HNC, HND, or degree-level).
  • Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 or similar).
