A leading global organisation is seeking a Technology Engagement Lead to support the smooth running of its customer-facing locations across Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping technology running behind the scenes - without needing to be deeply technical.
The Role:
- You'll be the face of digital support across several busy visitor experience sites.
- Working closely with a network of external IT service providers, you'll ensure local systems and applications are running efficiently, and that on-site teams receive excellent support and guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day technology issues.
- Provide hands-on support where required (e.g. reinstalling POS devices or iPads).
- Coordinate with third-party IT suppliers to resolve issues.
- Maintain excellent communication with on-site staff and vendors.
- Travel between sites as needed to support operations.
What You'll Need:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic IT awareness (training and support will be provided).
- Experience in a customer-facing or stakeholder management role.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- A Full UK Driving Licence - must be comfortable travelling between sites.
- Ability to work Wednesday to Sunday (Monday & Tuesday off), 9am-5pm.
