Location: Staines (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite)
Contract Length: 12 months
Start Date: 25 August 2025
Hours: 40 per week / 8 per day
The Role
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer – Integrations to provide second and third-line technical support for highly complex software and systems. You will work closely with field engineers, technicians, and product support teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that cannot be fixed by first-line support.
This role will involve direct interaction with customers when the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature, as well as supporting internal teams with technical challenges. You may also assist with customer installations and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for complex software, systems, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and debug technical issues escalated from first-line support.
- Liaise with engineering teams to report design, reliability, and maintenance issues.
- Assist in product installation, configuration, and customer training.
- Support ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB-related processes.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB concepts.
- Advanced Unix/Linux experience.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Okta.
- Proven experience in a technical support role dealing with complex or highly technical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
