Tech Services Analyst – London (Office-Based)

Location: Central LondonContract: PermanentWorking Model: Primarily on-site (4 days a week)Start Date: ASAP

A fast-growing technology company within the energy sector is seeking a Tech Services Analyst to join their internal support team based in London. This organisation is focused on accelerating the transition to a more sustainable, affordable, and resilient energy future. Supporting both UK and international colleagues, this role is key to maintaining operational efficiency as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-line IT support (remote and desk-side) to internal staff

  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and AV-related issues

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup

  • Maintain and improve internal documentation and technical procedures

  • Monitor systems and ensure a consistent support experience across global teams

  • Manage office tech equipment and ensure AV systems operate effectively for events

  • Collaborate with teams in different time zones and provide handovers as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an IT support or technical service desk role

  • Experience supporting Mac hardware, ChromeOS, and Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with AV systems and conferencing tools

  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking

  • Ability to follow and improve technical processes and procedures

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

  • Google Workspace administration experience

  • Experience with both Mac and ChromeOS operating systems

  • Experience working in a scale-up or technology-led organisation
