Social Video Editor, Fintech

Salt have exclusively partnered with a pioneering fintech business that is going through a period of growth. My client is building out an in-house creative studio and requires a social media video editor to join the team. You'll be working across podcasts, social media channels including YouTube, and live shows.

The Role:

·Contribute to building narrative and brand awareness through video content for all digital channels

·Edit and repurpose video and audio content for various platforms including TT, YouTube, Insta and LinkedIn

·Create short-form social content from long-form shows

·Support live and post-show content creation

·Collaborate with the team on recording, editing, and publishing workflows

·Contribute ideas to enhance storytelling and production quality

·Maintain platform-specific standards and stay current with content trends

·Work closely with producers, presenters, and the social team to deliver engaging content

The Person:

·Proven experience editing video content for long and short form media.

·Strong understanding of social media platforms

·Strong storytelling skills, with an eye for pace, tone, and structure

·Confident video editing skills.

·Thrives in a fast paced environment

·Interest in fintech
