This role is suited to senior Oracle Fusion HCM professionals with a strong consulting background, proven delivery leadership experience and the ability to shape and lead complex HR transformation programmes for major client organisations.
You will be responsible for leading senior client engagement, overseeing delivery teams and ensuring successful Oracle Fusion HCM programme outcomes.
Key responsibilities:- Lead complex Oracle Fusion HCM transformation programmes and delivery workstreams
- Shape HR transformation strategy, solution design and delivery approach
