A well-known global consulting, technology, and digital transformation organisation is looking to hire Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Managers to join its established and growing HR Transformation practice. This role is suited to senior Oracle Fusion HCM professionals with a strong consulting background, proven delivery leadership experience and the ability to shape and lead complex HR transformation programmes for major client organisations.

You will be responsible for leading senior client engagement, overseeing delivery teams and ensuring successful Oracle Fusion HCM programme outcomes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead complex Oracle Fusion HCM transformation programmes and delivery workstreams
  • Shape HR transformation strategy, solution design and delivery approach
  • Own senior stakeholder relationships across large client organisations
  • Oversee functional design, solution design and implementation delivery
  • Provide delivery leadership across the full end-to-end implementation lifecycle
  • Manage risks, issues, governance and programme-level delivery outcomes
