A well-known global consulting, technology, and digital transformation organisation is looking to hire Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants to join its expanding HR Transformation practice. This role is suited to experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professionals who can take ownership of delivery activity, support functional workstreams and contribute to the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across complex client environments. You will work on large-scale HR transformation programmes, supporting clients through the full implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support and lead areas of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation delivery
  • Own business analysis, process analysis and requirements gathering activity
  • Produce functional design documentation and support solution design
  • Work across the full end-to-end implementation lifecycle
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support client engagement
  • Apply data-led problem solving to complex HR transformation challenges
  • Support more junior team members where required
