A well-known global consulting, technology, and digital transformation organisation is looking to hire Oracle Fusion HCM Management Consultants to join its growing HR Transformation practice. This role is suited to experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professionals with a strong consulting background and the ability to lead workstreams across large, complex HR transformation programmes. You will play a key role in shaping Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, leading client-facing activity and supporting successful delivery across the full implementation lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM functional workstreams across complex transformation programmes
- Own solution design and functional design activity for HR functions
- Lead business analysis, process analysis and requirements gathering
- Manage key client stakeholders and facilitate workshops
- Support full end-to-end implementation lifecycle delivery
- Identify and resolve complex delivery challenges using data-led problem solving
- Provide guidance and support to Consultants and Senior Consultants
- Contribute to delivery planning, governance and project reporting
