We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join the Digital Services function of a large NHS community healthcare organisation. The Project Manager will lead large-scale and complex projects across a Change and Capital Programme, supporting the delivery of programme priorities, service improvements and financial efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, Project Initiation Documents, RAID logs, milestones and governance documentation.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Lead project boards, workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Manage and influence senior clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Support service redesign, process improvement and organisational change.
- Develop benefits realisation plans and monitor delivery of project outcomes and financial savings.
- Produce clear project reports, presentations and updates for senior stakeholders.
