I am supporting a key client who is looking for a BI Reporting Analyst to join the team and play a key role in driving data-informed decisions across Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.

The Contract:

  • Initial 4 month contract (extension highly likely)
  • Inside IR35
  • £290 per day
  • 2 days per week on site (London)

What You'll Do:

  • Design and build intuitive, interactive dashboards focused on retention and revenue-driving activities
  • Develop and maintain scalable ETL processes to support data integration
  • Leverage SQL and Python to analyze data and automate workflows
  • Support A/B testing initiatives by analyzing experiments and establishing performance baselines
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver impactful insights
  • Present findings clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through strong QA practices

What You Bring:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Tableau, QlikSense, or similar tools
  • Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data pipelines
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing and experimentation analysis
  • 3+ years working with call center data and related KPIs
  • 3+ years working with web/digital data and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate data into business insights
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
