As an Early Talent Program Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality early-career experience across EMEA. This will be achieved through structured programme delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and interns across both technical and non-technical teams, taking ownership of programme delivery. This is a highly visible role requiring strong collaboration, business acumen, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across different regions. You will also act as an advisor to both the business and intern cohorts to maximise their experience.
