EDUCATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - SCHOOL / COLLEGE- MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS WITH BARRED LIST
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
- Providing 1st/2nd line IT support in an on-site or mobile role
- Previous experience working in a SCHOOL or COLLEGE environment is essential
- Working with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, account provisioning)
- Supporting Windows Server (2016-2022), Active Directory, Group Policy
- Troubleshooting Windows 10 devices and applications
- Maintaining classroom AV equipment (e.g. projectors, smartboards)
- Managing and supporting staff and student devices in an education setting
- Communicating clearly and confidently with end-users
- Escalating issues appropriately and following through to resolution
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Comfortable travelling between sites (London-based)
- Experience working with local domains and Microsoft 365 environments
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to IT support and service delivery
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
- Previous IT support experience in the education sector
- Familiarity with reimaging tools and asset management
- Microsoft 365 or ITIL Foundation certifications
