We are recruiting an IT Support Officer to join a forward-thinking IT team on a temporary basis. This is an on-site role based in Essex.
The Role:
- Provide first-line technical support via the service desk, acting as a key point of contact for IT queries and issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service while troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, supporting users across a range of systems and devices.
- Include hardware commissioning and decommissioning, and contribute to the smooth delivery of Digital, Data and Technology services.
