We're partnering with a forward-thinking organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, looking to hire a Solutions Architect to join a growing tech team. This role will focus on designing, integrating, and optimising core business systems, driving automation, and introducing AI-led improvements across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver scalable solutions across enterprise systems
- Build integrations and automation using Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Power Platform)
- Develop bespoke applications (C#, SQL, Python, JavaScript)
- Identify and implement AI-driven improvements to business processes
- Enhance system performance, data quality, and user experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, M365)
- Proven track record delivering integrations, automation, and custom solutions
- Experience working with enterprise applications (e.g. CRM, ERP, practice management systems)
- Exposure to AI / LLM tools and practical use cases
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience in professional services environments is a bonus
