A major UK retailer is looking for an experienced CRM Manager with a strong broadcast and Ometria background to join a fast-paced team on an initial 3-month contract.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the operational delivery of daily broadcast campaigns
- Managing segment selection and stakeholder sign-off
- Creating a time-tracking and capacity framework for CRM builds
- Driving efficiency and consistency in Ometria builds
- Supporting and coaching three CRM builders, helping evolve build approaches
- Leading QA tracking, logging errors and producing weekly error-rate reports
- Producing clear documentation, checklists and repeatable processes for monthly campaigns
