They're seeking a talentedBackend Software Engineer to build and scale the core services powering their AI platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services usingGolang and Python.
- Build and optimise APIs, databases and large-scale data pipelines.
- Develop reliable distributed systems handling significant traffic and data volumes.
- Improve performance, scalability, observability and infrastructure efficiency.
- Own features end to end, collaborating with ML, frontend and infrastructure engineers.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience, ideallyGo or Python (other languages considered).
- Experience building scalable APIs, databases and distributed systems.
- Cloud experience, ideally AWS; Kubernetes, Pulumi or Grafana advantageous.
- Experience developing production systems at scale.
- Ideally a startup, scale-up or high-growth technology background.
- Strong technical ownership, problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience:
4-5+ years as a guide, with ability valued over tenure.
