This is your chance to play a key role in enhancing digital experiences as an E-commerce Executive/Coordinator, reporting to the Ecommerce Trading Manager. You’ll work on optimizing website content, managing campaigns, and driving performance improvements that captivate customers and deliver results.

What You’ll Do

  • Content Creation & Management: Take charge of website content using CMS tools like Contentful, WordPress, or Umbraco.

  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Use web analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics) to track performance, evaluate campaigns, and recommend improvements.

  • Customer Journey Optimization: Contribute to enhancing website functionality and customer experiences, including app content (web view and native).

  • Strong Communication Skills: You’re a natural communicator, both in writing and in person.

  • CMS Expertise: Experience with content management systems like Contentful, WordPress, or Umbraco is a must.

  • Analytical Know-How: Proficiency with web analytics tools and an understanding of marketing pixel tracking.

  • Bonus: Any experience with eCommerce apps or app content is a big plus!
