We're partnering with a growing international business looking for an experienced Trade Show Manager to take full ownership of their global exhibition and trade show calendar. This is a highly visible role where you'll be responsible for ensuring the company delivers a consistent, professional presence across major international events. You'll act as the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external event agencies, taking projects from initial planning through to onsite execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Taking full ownership of a global trade show and exhibition programme.
- Managing external trade show agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
- Creating and managing event timelines, project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinating stand design, production, logistics, shipping, and onsite delivery.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, leadership, and operations teams.
- Ensuring consistency of brand presence across all international events.
- Managing suppliers, contractors, venues, and external partners.
- Leading event delivery onsite and troubleshooting where required.
- Tracking budgets, spend, and post-event performance.
