We're partnering with a market-leading ecommerce business to appoint an Ecommerce Retail Media Lead at an exciting point in its digital and commercial transformation. The business has an established retail media proposition and is now investing in its next phase of growth, technology, automation and commercial capability. This is a newly important role within the wider Ecommerce function, with the opportunity to shape how retail media is delivered, optimised and scaled across the customer journey.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the delivery and evolution of onsite retail media campaigns
  • Work closely with Ecommerce, Commercial, Product and Trading teams to maximise media performance while protecting the customer experience
  • Develop and improve media propositions that create value for both commercial partners and customers
  • Own campaign delivery from briefing and creative approval through to execution, QA, tracking and reporting
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness
  • Improve processes, workflows and ways of working across retail media operations
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to introduce greater automation and smarter campaign functionality
  • Identify opportunities to improve the scalability and efficiency of the retail media proposition
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve campaign delivery and performance
  • Lead, coach and develop a small team within the retail media function
  • Help shape the future roadmap for onsite retail media and digital advertising

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in Retail Media, Ad Operations, Campaign Operations or Digital Advertising
  • Experience working within Ecommerce, Online Retail or a consumer-facing digital environment
  • A strong understanding of onsite media and the digital customer journey
  • Experience managing campaigns from briefing through to delivery, optimisation and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into action
  • Experience improving processes, systems or technology-enabled workflows
  • Confidence working with Product and Technology teams
  • Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing, coaching or developing a team
  • A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
