Data Analyst (EdTech)
Salary: £40,000 to £47,000 plus £3,300 London allowance

We are recruiting a Data Analyst to support a global digital learning portfolio within a large international organisation undergoing significant technology and product transformation.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will turn learner, product and commercial data into actionable insights that improve customer experience, engagement, retention and growth.
Working across Product, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Operations and Data teams, you will develop reporting solutions, evaluate feature releases and support decisions on pricing, onboarding and product development.
This is a practical analytical position rather than a leadership role. You will combine strong SQL, MySQL, Power BI and Google Analytics 4 capability with commercial awareness, stakeholder engagement and the ability to take ownership of your work.
You will be expected to investigate problems independently, determine the appropriate analytical approach and explain what the data shows, why it matters and what the organisation should consider doing as a result.
Key responsibilities
. Develop and optimise SQL queries in MySQL to produce accurate, reliable reporting datasets.
. Build, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards covering product performance, learner behaviour and commercial outcomes.
. Use Google Analytics 4 to analyse customer journeys, acquisition, conversion funnels and engagement.
. Analyse learner engagement and retention, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and growth.
