Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Housing Applications and Systems Support Analyst to maintain, support and improve a local authority's housing applications estate.

The role will focus primarily on the NEC Integrated Housing Management System and associated housing applications.

You will provide hands-on application support, maintain system stability and data integrity, coordinate upgrades and act as the main link between Housing Services, Digital and Technology teams and external suppliers.

Essential Experience

  • Strong experience supporting NEC Housing applications.
  • Experience working with the NEC Integrated Housing Management System.
  • Strong application support or systems support background.
  • Knowledge of housing management processes within local government or social housing.
  • Experience managing incidents, problems, changes and releases.
  • Experience coordinating application testing, upgrades and deployments.
  • Strong supplier and vendor management experience.
  • Experience supporting data quality, reporting and information governance.
  • Experience working across technical, operational and business teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting business change and service improvement.
