We are currently looking for an experienced Clinical Project Manager to support the ongoing deployment of an e MAR (Electronic Medication Administration Record) system across a clinical/social care environment.
IMPORTANT: Previous hands-on e MAR project delivery/deployment experience is essential for this role.
Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications from candidates who have not previously delivered an e MAR implementation or deployment.
The programme is currently mid-deployment , and we require a Project Manager who can quickly take ownership of key delivery activities while building strong relationships with nursing, care and technical teams.
The Role You will be responsible for supporting the successful rollout and adoption of the e MAR solution, working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders throughout the deployment.
A major part of the role will involve engaging with nursing and frontline care teams , understanding their requirements and concerns, and building trust and confidence in the new system.
This is not a heavily technical Project Manager position.
However, you will need a strong understanding of clinical technology and the ability to communicate effectively between technical teams and non-technical clinical users.
