Salt Escapes is seeking a Retreat Team Manager to lead the recruitment, onboarding and development of our on-trip staff across multiple destinations. You will build leadership structures, oversee rostering and provide hands-on support during retreats to maintain the Salt Escapes standard.
You will design and run the Salt Academy, deliver training, manage external partners, and shape culture in a founder-led, premium travel environment. Hybrid UK-based role with travel.
