Salt Escapes is seeking a Marketing Lead to translate the CMO's launch ideas into fully-built campaigns and a tightly-executed calendar. You will own briefs, coordinate a small team, and drive the output with a focus on brand development and authentic community experiences.
You'll partner with the CMO on product and launch strategy, stress-test propositions, manage assets across copy, pages, email, social, and paid channels, and build Salt Escapes into an internationally recognizable brand.
