We are looking for a Head of Operations to be the operational heartbeat of Salt Escapes and lead delivery across every destination as we scale. This is a fastâpaced, highly autonomous role that goes far beyond dayâtoâday logistics. You will build and pressureâtest scalable systems, strengthen our operational foundations, and ensure every Escape runs seamlessly worldwide.
You will effectively lead the Londonâbased operations team, working closely with the founders to turn their vision into clear standards, processes, and execution without constant oversight. You will travel to some incredible destinations and work alongside our inâresort teams to assess what is working, and continuously improve people, systems, and delivery.
As a global travel brand, flexibility is essential. Peak season is European summer, and this role requires comfort working across time zones, making fast decisions, and holding teams to high standards through strong, confident people leadership.
