Project Manager, Windows 11 Migration & Laptop Refresh Rate £550 per day Inside IR35

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end to end delivery of the Windows 11 migration and device refresh programme
  • Manage rollout of new laptops and devices across approximately 2500 users
  • Coordinate closely with the technology partner responsible for the Windows 11 and Intune environment
  • Oversee deployment planning, scheduling and logistics across teams and locations
  • Manage risks, issues, governance and programme reporting
  • Work with technical teams, service teams and business stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption
  • Ensure adoption, communication and user readiness across the organisation
  • Track progress against milestones and ensure the programme stays on schedule and budget

Experience Required

  • Proven experience delivering Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations
  • Experience managing large scale laptop or device refresh programmes
  • Strong stakeholder and supplier management
  • Experience working with Microsoft environments including Intune and device management
  • Experience delivering projects for organisations with large user bases
  • Public sector experience preferred, local government experience beneficial
  • Strong delivery mindset with the ability to coordinate technical and operational teams
