Our client is a major UK entertainment brand undertaking a once‐in‐a‐generation transformation. Their newly formed in‐house agency brings together creative, content, design, media and strategy teams into one integrated hub. The mission is simple: produce bold, social‐first, audience‐led ideas that resonate across the UK.

This is one of two midweight creative hires joining a growing, ambitious in‐house team. You will develop ideas, shape concepts, craft mock‐ups and storyboards, and collaborate closely with designers and content creators. Expect a fast‐paced environment, high visibility work, and the opportunity to influence some of the UK's most recognised campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative ideas across campaigns, social, always‐on and reactive content
  • Produce engaging creative across multiple formats and channels
  • Work from audience insights to create territories, routes and executions
  • Collaborate with design, strategy, content creators and production teams
  • Create clear storyboards and mock‐ups before handing over to design or content teams
  • Maintain high creative standards across craft, tone and brand
  • Contribute to a positive, curious, high‐performance creative culture
About You
  • Midweight‐level (around 4‐6 years) experience in an agency or in‐house studio
  • A strong portfolio showing varied, original ideas and social‐first thinking
  • Ability to work from insight and strategy to develop creative routes
  • Confident art direction and/or copywriting skills, with strength in at least one
  • Comfortable working at speed, balancing multiple briefs
  • Passionate, curious and culturally aware with a genuine love of creativity
  • Experience on large brands or high‐reach campaigns
  • Experience working in regulated or brand‐sensitive environments
  • Blended background across agency and in‐house teams
  • Exposure to above‐the‐line or integrated campaign development
