SALT is supporting an FMCG business within the beauty space. This role is for a User Generated Content Lead responsible for building and managing a network of creators to deliver always-on, social-first content across key beauty brands. The position blends strategy and execution, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality, platform-native content. You'll collaborate closely with brand, social, and influencer teams to align UGC output with campaigns and wider content strategies.

Key Contract Details

  • 6+ month contract, outside IR35
  • Hybrid working in London

What You'll Do

  • Source, recruit and onboard UGC creators aligned with brand values and audience
  • Build and manage a scalable creator network to deliver consistent, high-quality content
  • Own the end-to-end UGC lifecycle, from discovery and briefing through to delivery and sign-off
  • Translate campaign and social strategy into clear, effective UGC briefs
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, platform best practice and cultural relevance
  • Collaborate with brand, social and influencer teams to align output with campaigns and content calendars

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in UGC, influencer marketing, or social-first content roles
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content performance and formats
  • Experience identifying culturally relevant creators beyond follower count metrics
  • Ability to brief creators and provide clear, constructive creative feedback
  • Background in beauty or haircare content, with strong awareness of Gen Z and Millennial audiences
