An exciting opportunity has opened up for an entry-level Manual QA to join a fast-paced digital product environment. This role is ideal for someone at the very start of their QA career who is passionate about technology, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a structured, hands-on setting.
You’ll be fully focused on executing manual test suites across a portfolio of digital products used globally. The successful candidate will play a key part in identifying issues before release, helping to ensure product quality remains high and user experience is consistent.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Run predefined manual test cases across a suite of web and mobile applications
Log and track bugs in coordination with engineering and QA leads
Provide accurate, detailed feedback on product behaviour and usability
Follow established QA processes while maintaining flexibility to test across multiple features
Collaborate with wider QA and product teams to support release readiness
Key Skills and Qualities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and a patient, methodical approach
Creative problem-solver, able to think through how users interact with features
Enthusiastic about technology and learning new skills
Foundational understanding of software testing concepts (ISTQB or similar exposure helpful but not required)
Ability to follow structured test plans and report results accurately
Desirable (but not required):
Experience running manual tests in a structured QA environment
Exposure to bug tracking tools like Jira or TestRail
Interest in mobile applications, media platforms, or music technology
Education & Background:
Degree or diploma in a technology-related field preferred, but not essential
No prior professional QA experience required – this is a true trainee role
