Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and delivery of agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Architect and implement the Declarative Agentic Framework, embedding governance, controls, and compliance best practices.
- Develop and validate pilot M365 agents (e.g., for document search, reporting, digital colleague scenarios).
- Collaborate with the Engagement Lead, BA, and PM to define requirements, delivery plans, and success metrics.
- Guide the team on technical standards, code quality, and solution architecture.
- Support enablement and training sessions for the teams, promoting safe citizen development.
- Advise on integration patterns (MCP, A2A), security, and data handling.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and drive adoption.
- Stay current with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI advancements; recommend adoption of new features.
- Ensure all solutions align with compliance, governance, and risk management requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading technical delivery of AI/automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Hands‑on expertise in Python for automation, integration, or AI/ML tasks.
- Strong understanding of MCP (Microsoft Cloud Platform), A2A (Application‑to‑Application) integration, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Track record of embedding controls, governance, and compliance in technical solutions.
- Experience in agile delivery, technical leadership, and mentoring.
- Excellent communication skills; able to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience running workshops, technical demos, and enablement sessions.
- Ability to work in hybrid and remote teams, collaborating across functions.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Power Platform certifications, or Copilot Studio credentials.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of "safe citizen development" principles.
