We are looking for a proactive Onsite Support Engineer with strong experience in device deployment, imaging, and retail IT rollouts. This role supports store IT setups and network deployments across multiple locations, working closely with vendors, project teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, image, and deploy laptops and end‑user devices at scale
  • Provide onsite user support during and after rollouts
  • Support new store openings and refurbishments (IT and network setup)
  • Assist with network installations (routers, switches, Wi‑Fi) and connectivity checks
  • Track deployment progress and resolve issues to minimise disruption
  • Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and project stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with laptop imaging tools (e.g. Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)
  • Solid knowledge of Windows (macOS desirable)
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, DHCP, DNS)
  • Experience in device rollouts and multi‑site environments (retail preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting retail or hospitality environments
  • Knowledge of POS systems and store‑specific IT applications
  • Experience working with global or regional deployment projects
  • Relevant certifications (optional but beneficial): Microsoft Certified (Modern Desktop Administrator, Endpoint Administrator), CompTIA A+, Network+

Working Requirements

  • UK‑based with regular travel to store locations
  • Flexibility to support rollout schedules and store openings
